Can I use the speaker without the app?

Yes. Basic playback, clock, alarm, and light controls can be used on the device. The app unlocks routines, reports, and advanced settings.

What Wi‑Fi networks are supported?

Use a 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi network with standard WPA/WPA2 security. Captive portal networks such as hotels or public hotspots are not recommended.

Connectivity Issues

My device won't connect to Wi‑Fi. What should I do?

Keep the speaker near the router, confirm the password, use 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi, and restart pairing from the app if the first attempt fails.

How do I reconnect to Bluetooth?

Open Bluetooth settings on your phone, remove the old Vistslumber pairing, then place the speaker in pairing mode and connect again.

Why does my device keep disconnecting?

Weak Wi‑Fi signal, router band steering, or phone power-saving settings can interrupt the connection. Move the device closer to the router and retry.

How do I create a custom sleep routine?

In the app, create a routine, choose your sleep sound, light mode, duration, alarm time, and save it to sync with the device.

Can I use multiple devices with one account?

Yes. Add each speaker from the app and give every device a clear room name for easier control.

How accurate is the sleep tracking?

Sleep tracking is designed for daily trend insight, including movement and sound patterns. It is not a medical diagnostic tool.

Is my sleep data private?

Your sleep data is protected with encrypted storage and privacy-first processing. Sensitive audio analysis is handled without sharing personal health data.
